1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Trovelum, a sole proprietorship of Divyansh Bhardwaj, having its place of business at New Delhi, India (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, taking the quiz or purchasing a digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website and purchase products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use its content for any unlawful purpose.
3. Nature of our digital products
Trovelum Professional Card sells educational digital products, including interactive HTML manuals. Products are delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped. Product descriptions explain the main subject and format; minor presentation changes may be made without changing the essential nature of the product.
The free quiz and its results are general self-assessment and educational tools. They are not professional, psychological, financial, legal, recruitment or career-placement advice, and no particular employment or income outcome is guaranteed.
4. Licence and permitted use
After successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, access and use the purchased product for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, upload, sell, sublicense or redistribute a product;
- share the product or access credentials with another person or organisation;
- modify or create a derivative product for sale or public distribution;
- remove copyright, ownership or attribution notices; or
- use the product to train a commercial model, content database or competing service.
5. Prices, orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed as required. We may change future prices or offers at any time, but this will not alter a completed order.
Payments are processed through Cashfree and the payment methods made available by Cashfree. Your payment is also subject to Cashfree’s applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not store your complete card, UPI or bank account credentials.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We may reject or cancel an order before delivery where payment fails, fraud is suspected, a pricing or technical error has occurred, or fulfilment is not legally possible. If a captured payment relates to an order we cancel before delivery, the amount will be returned through the original payment route as applicable.
6. Delivery and access
Digital products are normally delivered instantly after successful payment through an on-screen link, email or other electronic access instruction. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining a compatible device, modern browser and internet connection.
If you do not receive or cannot access your purchase, contact random.boi012@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your payment reference and checkout email. We will verify the order and resend or restore access.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Digital products are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after successful payment and delivery. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The website, Professional Card presentation, manuals, written content, graphics, branding and software are owned by or licensed to Trovelum and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product gives you only the personal-use licence described above; ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Cashfree. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, availability or conduct outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We aim to provide useful and accurate educational material, but products and quiz results are supplied on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific skill improvement, employment, promotion, income or any other result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trovelum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for loss or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of our intellectual property, unauthorised redistribution of a product, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or forums available to consumers under applicable law. Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting random.boi012@gmail.com.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
